You’ll gain valuable insights most lawyers don’t want to tell you (at least not without charging you!).

• Convenience and flexibility: Navigate the legal landscape on your terms, knowing that you have access to general legal information as and when you need it, and tailored legal advice from a lawyer in person or via Zoom as and when you need it.

• Cost effectiveness and certainty: Lawyers are expensive, everyone knows that. That’s because we study for 100 years and then we must continue to study to keep our knowledge up to date for you. We must also have expensive legal insurance so that you can sue us if it all goes horribly wrong. But modern lawyering - outside of fancy offices filled with old books and highly paid secretaries, and utilising technology and better methods of disseminating accurate information, means those savings can be passed on to you. We still have to be forever responsible for our excellent advice and solid drafting (so yes, you still have to pay for that), but fixed fee costs can be offered for legal documents and most legal services provided so that there are no nasty surprises. You save on unnecessary legal fees by being ready to proceed (which means we’re not stopping and starting and charging you for it), and by handling as many aspects of your legal matter as you are able to independently. This works because you always know where you stand financially and can factor this into how YOU run your matter.
